Refund policy

Returns:

If you are not 100 percent satisfied with your item, please return it within 30 days of purchase in "like new" condition for a full refund. I want you to be completely in love with wearing your Shasta Brooks Studio pieces nearly every day, so my goal is to match you with the perfect piece for you. I understand that sometimes things don't look the way we expected with an internet purchase, and I want to take the fear out of the transaction.

Repairs: 

I provide free repairs for the life of any piece that I create, so in the unfortunate event than anything goes wrong with your piece, please contact me and we'll make a repair plan.

Lost or broken stones 5mm or smaller are included in my free lifetime repair policy. In the event of a lost or broken stone that measures over 5mm in size, I will need to charge for a stone replacement.

Contact me for instruction and a return authorization number (RA#). Repairs without a RA# cannot be accepted.
